Here are three suggestions to keep in mind as you plan your organization’s Christmas party:
- Is a daytime or evening party more convenient for attendees? Employees with children, may find arranging child care for an evening event to be a problem. If you plan a party during work hours, make sure everybody can attend. You might have to shut down early to accommodate everybody’s job duties.
- Tell employees who is invited to the party. If spouses or children are not included, say so.
- Plan an event that reflects well on the firm. Choose a suitable site. Control the alcohol flow.
