Don’t Hold a Grudge (Quote + Lesson)

Wednesday, June 20, 2018 Personal Growth, relationships Permalink

Quote:

Forgive others, not because they deserve forgiveness, but because you deserve peace.

Lesson to learn:

Are you holding a grudge? Being angry at someone hurts you, not them. Anger ties you to the hurtful incident by reliving what was said or done. So, let go of your anger because it’s the best thing to do for you. Afterall, forgiving doesn’t mean forgetting. Forgiving means accepting that it happened, moving on and releasing the grudge.
