12 Simple Ways to Really Improve in 2014

The premise behind this method is that it’s easier to focus improvement in one area at one time rather than several areas at one time time. I don’t know about you, but I certainly feel daunted when I sit back and take inventory of all my “needs improvement” areas. Kevin Daum, the author, includes several links for further introspection for each trait so be sure and bookmark this article for future reference.

If you don’t keep a journal this method is a good way to start. Mr. Daum suggests to get a small notebook to track progress and generate inspiration. I know it’s February, but it’s never too late to start the 12 month cycle. Who knows some of us may have to repeat this process for a couple of years, since 30 days may not be enough time for us hard headed types.
