My favorite idea from Janet’s article is spend time with family or friends which could include a phone call, taking a walk or sharing a meal. Spending time over the weekend with these important people helps us face Monday with a healthier outlook. The feeling of all-we-do-is-work is reduced and we don’t build resentment towards our jobs.
