Here’s my recap of Ms. Celestinos’s advice

  • Finding your purpose will guide you through challenges and resistance. You will have a compass to help you stay true to your core self.
  • Communication is more than listening, asking questions and describing your products or services. Communicate to build trust. Trust helps you “take people on a journey with you as a leader.”
  •  Being comfortable with ambiguity will help you continue to deliver in spite of changing climates. You will triumph even in times of uncertainty.
